> Client can now clear stuck calls locally by selecting the call in the call list and pressing F12. Administrators can clear all calls from any BLF cell by right clicking over the cell and selecting "Clear all calls". This will reset the device in the VP system as idle pending the next call event effectively flushing out incorrect data.

Clearing a stuck that is live will cause no harm, the call will continue un-interrupted but appear idle until another call event happens on that phone. If a user of the application has there calls cleared they will need to complete the call processing from the phone.
