HOW TO UPDATE YOUR LICENSES
If you
are upgrading your software and are getting additional licenses at the same
time you should update the server licenses AFTER the system has been
successfully upgraded.
INTERNET
LICENSING (the server has internet access)
This is how you can update
your server license with the new and improved United Technology Group key
Open up the License Admin
Fill out the form (put in
your new license key values if you are instructed to do so else leave the old
values in place if not)
Click on “Internet
licensing” if you are connected to the internet
Click on “Email
licensing” if you do not have a connection to the internet
Fill out this page or
update this page with new information
Click on
“Internet Licensing”
Click
“yes”
***REBOOT***
BY
E-MAIL LICENSING (you have no internet access on the server)
Open up
the license admin
Select
“update”
Choose
“email licensing”
Enter new license key
if you are provided with one if not then just leave the old information in
place.
Select
“yes”
Collect
the “ReqLcns.txt” file and take it to a machine that has access to e-mail

Once you
get the license back from iQ use the “import” feature
in the license admin to bind the license to the machine
