Installing the Client

1. Run installer
   
   
   
2. You may select “No” for the Net Framwork unless you are installing Outlook for CRM
   
3. Click “Next”
   
4. Review the “End-User software Agreement” and click “Yes” to agree and continue
   
5. Identify where you would like to install the Software and click next
   
6. Select the Desktop Application which you are licensed for and click “Next”
   
7. Verify the components being installed and click “Next”
   
   The Installation might take several minutes to complete
   
8. Click “Finish” to complete the installation
   

Configuring the Client

1. Double click on the desktop icon to start the application
   
2. Fill in the extension number you wish to control (your “physical” phone)
   
3. Enter in the VistaPoint Server host name or IP address
   
4. The Client will connect to the VistaPoint Server and pull in all the monitored phones and group data
